Luda is a leadership development coach and the founder of Find Her Power. With nearly two decades of experience in human resources and executive leadership, she has spent her career working alongside senior leaders, building teams, and helping organizations develop strong, capable leaders.

 

Throughout her career, Luda has held executive and senior leadership roles where she partnered closely with CEOs, executives, and managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve organizational culture, and drive operational performance. Her work has given her a unique perspective on what truly separates effective leaders from those who struggle — clarity, self-awareness, and the ability to lead with strength and purpose.

 

After years of developing leaders inside organizations, Luda created Find Her Power to support women who want to step into leadership with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
